Our resident xAPI expert, Brian Miller, has been working on an updated .NET library that supports xAPI 1.0.0+. Great news! As of today, it’s available here for you to use.

What’s changed?

The .NET Library has been completely rewritten. It now reflects the same architecture and design as the Java, JS, and PHP libraries. So if you’ve seen code examples for any of those, they’re very similar for the new .NET library.

Why?

In short, it needed updating, and nothing is more comforting than familiarity. The similarities of the architecture across the libraries make it simpler for you to use and easier for us to support and update.

What’s the catch?

There’s no catch. It’s still open source, still Apache2, and available in NuGet (.NET’s package manager). You can access the TinCan.NET page here.
